Rockingham, Vt. – Vermont Governor Jim Douglas this afternoon kicked off the 2009 paving season at a ceremony in Rockingham. At the ceremony, the Governor outlined the benefits that the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, better known as the Federal Economic Stimulus Bill, will have on the condition of local roadways.
